According to Mr. Bui Hai An - Senior Advisor of Timo, the Timo Point program focuses on meeting the desires of customers through improving experience and accumulating reward points. Timo is aware that maintaining freshness and creativity in its loyalty program is very important so that customers do not feel bored and continue to engage with their brand.

Mr. Tran Kim Minh shared insights into the transformed behavior of the securities industry, particularly with the dynamic habits of Gen Z users.
